Simplifying LP Onboarding and Invitation Process
Enhanced Invitation Capabilities
We've refined our invitation process to allow for repeated sending of invitations to LPs for portal access, addressing limitations in the previous system where invitations could not be resent if expired.
This update enhances user experience by ensuring LPs can be reminded and re-invited
Onboarding Cumulative Totals Report
- New Report: A dedicated report to visualise onboarding progress over time, focusing on LPs that have initiated the onboarding process.
Offers valuable insights into onboarding trends, helping to identify areas for process optimisation.
Bulk Invitation Enhancements
The bulk invitation feature has been upgraded to be more informative, providing clearer communication to LPs.
This change aims to improve the clarity and effectiveness of bulk invitation of LP’s and automatically sets up a User record for each one with the correct profile assigned.
Automated Re-invitation
Recognising the importance of engaging busy LPs, we have delivered an automated re-invitation feature.
This addresses the challenge of LPs not responding to initial invitation emails by automating follow-ups, relieving the manual burden of re-engagement efforts.
Streamlined LP Signing with DocuSign Embedded Signing
Embedded Signing within our New Investment flow, offers a streamlined investment process to Individual Investors and a smoother experience by seamlessly integrating the signing process directly within our portal.
Asset Class Managed Package Migration
Unified Package Integration: The integration of Asset Class IFM into Asset Class Fund OS reduces installation steps, merging two packages into one and transitioning to a fully "managed" delivery model for easier management and deployment.
Managed Package Benefits: This approach distinguishes between customizable and fixed components, ensuring stability during upgrades, secures data through mandatory Salesforce Security Reviews, allocates extra governor limits for improved performance, and protects vendor intellectual property by hiding sensitive code.

Migration Support: Transitioning to the unified package is seamless and cost-free, with Asset Class managing the migration process to ensure a smooth transition without impacting users.

Integration between AWS and Salesforce enhances the Asset Class Upload Centre, providing a variety of options for importing data into Salesforce Orgs, including a custom, Node.js-based solution.
This update facilitates smooth data import processes, accommodating large CSVs and bulk record creation beyond Salesforce's governor limits.

Plaid Integration
Plaid Integration for LP Financial Management
Plaid Integration: Now available within our LP Investment Intake Portal, this feature securely connects LPs’ bank accounts for streamlined Capital Calls and Distributions, enhancing the financial transaction process without storing sensitive data.
GPs can invite their LPs to use this as one option to fund their investment, get distributions, and do capital calls. LPs can then link their financial institutions through Plaid within the portal, ensuring a secure, simplified transaction process for both GPs and LPs.
InvestReady Integration for Streamlined Accreditation
Integrated Accreditation Services
Asset Class integrates with InvestReady, allowing investor accreditation requests to be made directly within the Investor Portal, enhancing the Investment flow without leaving the portal.
Simplifies the accreditation process, automatically linking accreditation feedback from InvestReady directly to investor records for efficient future processing and document management.
Simplified Investor Accreditation
Within the investment intake flow, investors are prompted for updated certification and can easily choose to use InvestReady, streamlining the certification process within the investment journey.
If lacking valid accreditation, investors encounter a portal screen with InvestReady components to either obtain a new accreditation certificate or verify an existing one, all within the portal.
Enhanced E-Signature Configuration
Multi-Template E-Signature Configs
E-Signature Config records can now be defined as sets of multiple DocuSign templates, to be sent in a single envelope. The different templates are included in the envelope if they meet specific criteria specified through configuration.
Resulting in Streamlined document sending, ensuring all relevant documents are bundled together for efficiency, consolidated communication, ease of use, and easier document maintenance.
